Order Information

A confirmation email is sent immediately after each order is placed. When your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email with your shipping information.

Orders placed with standard shipping will be shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of receiving the order, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed with overnight shipping will leave the warehouse the day the order is placed, if the order is received by 12:30 pm, Central Time.

You may log on to your account and view the status of your order anytime.

Quantity Discounts

Quantity discounts are available for corporate purchases.

Sales Tax

Residents of MA, SD and CA will be charged sales tax.

PO Box Orders

Sorry we cannot accept orders to PO Boxes.

International Shipping Policies

Our website accepts orders for the United States and Canada. If you wish to send an order to another country, please contact CustomerCare@zaggocare.org. Please note you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes in International locations before receiving your purchase.

If you have problems with your order, please contact CustomerCare@zaggocare.org. Please indicate your order number (log into your account or see your packing slip), contact information, and a description of your problem or concern. You may also call our customer service department at 617-431-6676.

Return Policy

We hope you will be fully satisfied with your ZaggoCare® system. However, if for any reason you wish to return your unused system, please send it back within 2 weeks of receipt of your purchase, for a full refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges will not be credited to your account.

Please carefully pack your ZaggoCare® system for return shipment, and include the original packing slip and the return form enclosed with your ZaggoCare® system so we can refund your money (we recommend you make a copy of this slip for your own records).

Returns cannot be accepted for orders sent back more than 2 weeks after you receive it. As a non-profit organization, we cannot issue any credits beyond this point. Every dollar counts.
